Bruce R. Nichols has completed the required course of study to obtain the Institute of Continuing Legal Education's Certificate of Completion for Probate and Estate Planning. Course study includes the administration of trusts, planning techniques for the taxable estate, preparation of estate tax returns, contested estate proceedings, and administration of estates.
